Convergence Partnership
At this point, we do not anticipate having funding available for a new Convergence grant cycle in 2011. We remain committed to advancing health equity and improving opportunities for healthy eating and active living through our other grant programs. We look forward to sharing the achievements of our Convergence partners and grantees in the future.
