Renée works with current and potential PIN partners from proposal inquiries through final report submissions. She tends to the administrative activities of the program and provides assistance to PIN staff. She began her employment at the Foundation in 2005 as half-time PIN program administrator and half-time administrative assistant to the vice president for finance. In 2007, she was promoted to program associate and is currently dedicated full-time to the PIN program.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Renée was employed as the public relations liaison / risk manager at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), a local nonprofit serving the needs of Portland’s refugee and immigrant populations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management from Oregon State University.
